Fall Fundraiser
The pie and fruit sale starts on Monday, October 22nd. Each child has received a packet containing important information about dates and prices and also includes order forms. The packet includes two envelopes to be used for orders and payment collection. Please note that the pie sale will end earlier than the fruit sale so that the pies can be delivered in time for Thanksgiving. Whenever possible, separate checks should be made out for pie sales and fruit sales.
A percentage of the profits are used to fund student accounts to pay for things like band fees, instrument rental, and the spring trip. Currently, 65% of the profit is going toward student accounts. That amount is subject to increase to as much as 90% depending on the success of the letter writing campaign.
Important Uniforms Updates
- A seamstress will be at school from 3:35 (after school) until 4:30pm on Thursday, Oct. 25th. The charges for her services are listed below and are the responsibility of the parent directly to the seamstress. Checks can be made out to Margo Gray.
$30/dress hem
$15/ pant hem
$15/any other pant alterations - Please return all uniform pieces that need a different size to class by Thursday October 25th!! Information that should be listed includes the child's name, phone number, and reason for return. (the re-order will then be placed for correct sizes.)
- Some students did not receive their tux/dress yet. Correct size information is needed. Please let Shary know of anyone who still needs a uniform ASAP!!!!
